Max Sound Corp. (MAXD) Demonstrates Track Record of Securing Key Acquisitions, Partnerships

Keeping pace with the broader invents of technology, Max Sound has developed a way to improve sound broadcast via smartphone, television, radio, video, and more without increasing the file size. This audio technology is available for multiple forms of audible messaging, including music, movies, audiobooks, video games, television shows, and a variety of other content.

In late 2012 Max Sound acquired music download site Liquid Spins. Max Sound then applied its MAX-D high definition audio capabilities to give the music portal an audible boost. The LiquidSpins music app provides users a way to listen to play mp3 files, create and edit playlists, and utilize other features for a realistic high-definition sound.

The strategic Liquid Spins acquisition provides Max Sound with the potential to capture 5-10% of the digital download industry’s U.S. market share within the next 12 to 18 months.

Max Sound has also established business partnerships with big-name technology players such as Qualcomm, Inc. Max Sound earlier this fall ported its MAX•D algorithm to Qualcomm’s Hexagon™ DSP, providing several business and technical opportunities that wouldn’t otherwise be available.

Max Sound continues to pursue licensing deals with Qualcomm partners to get its MAX-D technology in more than 2 billion devices within the next 36 months.
