Frontier Beverage,
the good folks behind the Unwind line of ultimate relaxation drinks (in Berry,
Citrus Orange, and Goji Grape flavors), which are fortified with antioxidants
and have very low caloric/sugar levels and thus represent a compelling
alternative to the majority of energy drinks out there, saw their subsidiary 22
Social Club Productions (Blue 22 Entertainment; AppQuest, LLC) announce
recently that they have serious plans in the works for 2014 to do key
acquisitions, partnerships, and joint ventures, all aimed at expanding their
overall footprint in today’s hottest entertainment genres.
Primary expansion
targets are the dance/electronic, rock and country spaces with their associated
live event and festival venues, as well as the relative artist signings and
film or music production/distribution opportunities. Toward the end of
capturing significant territory in these spaces, the company is currently
continuing to drum up traction with entertainment, investment, IR/PR, and
technology pros who can help drive added value into the equation. One of the
main goals here for FBEC is to fund the lion’s share of projects via direct
investment and to do so while maintaining momentum on their course towards an
AMEX listing.
22 Social Club
Productions and its associated subsidiaries/partners afford FBEC a diverse and
expanding foundation in live event production, as well as artist
booking/management, licensing, merchandising, and publishing. Also in this mix
are the lucrative content distribution and further developments of broadcast
programming products. These vectors are nicely sandwiched up against rapidly
emerging web and mobile app development via the company’s AppQuest, LLC wing.
President of Blue 22
Entertainment and CEO of 22 Social Club Productions, Mike Jamison, while noting
that the company currently has not accepted any funding opportunities, nor does
it currently have an active IR campaign, stated that announcements will be made
on their expansion targets as soon as new signing opportunities are secured.
Jamison went on to explain that success of the company’s bid to diversify into
five key genres (R&B, hip-hop, dance/electronic, rock and country) while
providing a full suite of services to artists, would be defined by their
ability to surround themselves with superb talent and remain aggressive
throughout the 2014 campaign.
Jamison spoke warmly
of the tremendous effort already put forth by the company over the last 60 days
and called it a powerful start for what will no doubt be a momentous year for
FBEC. Anticipating that these recent moves are merely the start of some
seriously big things for the company, Jamison was particularly bullish going
into the holiday season and investors can rest assured that FBEC has hit the
ground running with the start of the new year.
