Earlier this afternoon, Sparta Commercial Services reported that Candor, NC, has joined Charlotte, Greenville, Raleigh, and eight other local governments in North Carolina that have chosen Sparta’s Municipal Lease Program for the acquisition of their new Dodge Charger police cruisers to replace older units in its fleet.
