Throughout 2013,
Guitammer worked hard to expand its market presence, adding more than 4,000
“4D” ButtKicker seats in 22 auditoriums, nearly doubling its U.S. footprint and
more than doubling its footprint in China and Hong Kong. With its existing
cinema deployment the company forecasts that in 2014 more than 400,000 people
in the U.S. and more than 500,000 people in China will experience a movie using
its “4D” technology.

pursuit of strategic licensing and distribution agreements; and Capital Markets
by securing a strategic investment of $5 million or more.
