Technology Applications International Corp. (NUUU) Subsidiaries Anchored to Multi-Billion Dollar Industries

Technology Applications International operates two separate wholly owned subsidiaries, each focused on a key niche of rapidly growing lucrative industries.

The Rejuvel Int’l, Inc. subsidiary operates in the anti-aging segment of the skincare industry, a segment that analysts forecast will reach $114 billion by 2015 in the U.S. market alone. Rejuvel has developed a skincare line of products using technology exclusively licensed from the National Aeronautics and Space Administration and Administrators of the Tulane Educational Fund (U.S. Patent No. 6,730,498).

The company’s flagship anti-aging facial product works by stimulating human fibroblast skin cells to create a firm, healthy and youthful appearance, and has been awarded a “seal of approval” from the Space Certification program. Recently completed product testing showed “real and noticeable” facial skin improvements in 100% of the 32 test participants.

Rejuvel in October signed a distribution agreement with Meditem Cyprus Limited, designating Northern Cyprus as Meditem’s exclusive distribution territory. Per the agreement, Meditem agreed to purchase from Rejuvel a minimum of $9,000 worth of product per month. Meditem has secured its own local television advertising time as well as print and Internet advertising, vehicle wraps and billboards.

NUUU’s second subsidiary focuses on a drastically different industry. Global demand for water treatment products is expected to increase nearly 6% each year to have reached $59 billion in 2013, according to the Freedonia Group. Within this industry, NUUU’s NueEarth, Inc. subsidiary provides environmental management solutions and water purification techniques using a mobile electron beam accelerator unit which creates high-energy electrons that produce free radicals in the wastewater to decompose organic compounds or pollutants.

NueEarth has identified a number of different markets for this particle accelerator technology, including the removal of pollutants from wastewater, drinking water, municipal sludge and water that’s contaminated by the fracking process.

Taking advantage of the projected growth in the anti-aging and water treatment markets, NUUU is working to establish its brand and subsidiaries in the marketplace through well-respected associations and strategic marketing initiatives.
