Technology Applications International Corp. (NUUU) Fast-Tracks Journey to Global Branding

Technology Applications International operates through two wholly owned subsidiaries, Rejuvel Int’l and NueEarth, to develop and manufacture technologically advanced skin care products as well as provide environmental management solutions based on electron particle accelerator technology, respectively. Through a strategic license agreement and a series of subsequent initiatives, NUUU utilizes NASA patents for its REJUVEL brand skin creams and shampoos, which are now commercially available.

In July, 2014, NUUU and Rejuvel Int’l signed an exclusive license agreement with NASA for the use of the space agency’s inventions entitled “Growth Stimulation of BiologicalCells and Tissue by Electromagnetic Fields and Uses Thereof” and “Growth Stimulation of Biological Cells and Tissue by Electromagnetic Fields and Uses Thereof.”

The REJUVEL brand of anti-aging facial cream utilizes NASA’s patented technology* to trigger the multiplication of human fibroblast skin cells designed to rebrand the skin for a firm, healthy and youthful appearance.

Per the licensing agreement, NUUU had three months to complete clinical testing of its product and was required to achieve a practical application of the patent by January 2016. With its first deadline approaching, NUUU quickly moved to test efficacy of its skincare products using a team of doctors, nurses, evaluators and physicians at the Essex Testing Clinic in Verona, New Jersey. The team evaluated facial imperfections of 32 subjects and took scientific measurements to determine changes in firmness and elasticity of the skin.

After six weeks of using the products, the subjects reported astounding results (per the company’s recent 10k filing):

• 100% – Smoother and softer skin.
• 100% – Facial skin had an improved texture.
• 100% – Product regimen was gentle and non-irritating.
• 84.4% – Appearance of fine lines on face is less noticeable.
• 78.1% – Appearance of wrinkles on face is less noticeable.
• 81.3% – Improvement in the firmness/elasticity of skin.
• 75.0% – Reduction in the appearance of dark, under the eye circles.
• 84.4% – Skin appeared renewed and discolorations were reduced.
• 87.5% – Moisture content in skin had increased.
• 90.6% – Skin appears brighter and more radiant.
• 90.6% – Skin appears healthier.
• 93.8% – Skin appears refreshed.
• 87.5% – Overall appearance was improved.

Scientific measurements results after six weeks of use are as follows:

• 78% of subjects fine lines/ wrinkles were significantly reduced.
• 88% of subjects under eye discoloration significantly improved.
• 78% of subjects firmness/ elasticity significantly improved.
• 97% of subjects skin moisture significantly improved.

The company’s next step is to voluntarily submit its testing claims to the FDA. Completion of the testing also makes the company eligible to broadcast and market its products on major home shopping channels.

To jumpstart brand awareness, NUUU in October signed a marketing agreement with NY-based Strawberry Bullet to assist with market research and branding services of the Rejuvel facial cream and the subsidiary itself.

Rejuvel’s products have been featured in multiple full-page print advertisements in international fashion and health magazines, and were included in celebrity gift bags at the 15th Annual Latin GRAMMY® Awards Show in November.

NUUU has also entered into a distribution agreement with Olgun Emirzade, a director of Meditem Cyprus Ltd., under which Northern Cyprus is a non-exclusive territory for Meditem. Meditem is obligated to sell at least 200 units of skin cream a month for the first year, after which the parties have the option to renew the agreement for an additional five one-year periods.

NUUU has demonstrated its ability rapidly yet strategically secure and accomplish the necessary facilities to foster product development and overall corporate growth. Moving forward, NUUU will continue to pursue international exposure as part of its plan to build a global brand.
