Frontier
Communications announced earlier today that Jennifer E. Lem has been recruited
to the position of Senior Vice President and Controller. She will serve as the
company’s designated chief accounting officer, reporting to John M. Jureller,
Executive Vice President and Chief Financial Officer. The position will be
based out of corporate headquarters, which is currently located in Stamford,
Connecticut.
Most recently, Lem
held the role of Assistant Corporate Controller at International Flavors and
Fragrances Corporation from 2011 to July 2012. From 2005 to 2011, she was in
the role of Assistant Corporate Controller at Loews Corporation. Prior to
Loews, Lem held various financial positions with HLTH Corporation, Onsite
Access Inc., Meldisco, The Perrier Group of America, PepsiCo Inc., and
Primerica Corporation. Her experience also includes working as a Senior
Accountant with Ernst & Young LLP (then Ernst & Whinney). Lem is a
certified public accountant and earned a B.S. degree in Accounting from Boston
College.
