first app is called xmVerify and is used by companies to run customer
credit/debit cards on site without a necessity for a physical credit card
machine. The customer provides their billing information and confirms the
payment via a text message response on their own phone. The second app is
called xmBilling and is used by customers to authorize automatic reoccurring
payments via text message notifications. Mobile Lads Corp.’s third app offering
is called xmOne and is designed to allow users to manage account information in
a prepaid account with a focus on university accounts for students living off
of meal plans. All three apps work together to create solutions for card less
payments.
Together,
this series of apps are intended to serve a need for easier access to immediate
financial transactions. Mobile payments have are becoming more commonplace in
the 2010s due to the development of apps such as this which are meant to
eliminate the need for separate third party credit card transaction services.
The demand for mobile payments increase a demand for apps such as xmVerify,
xmBilling and xmOne which are all designed as solutions to the desire for
mobile payment opportunities.
