Cleartronic, Inc. (CLRI) Leverages Subsidiary VoiceInterop and Reid Knowhow to Pursue Value, Growth

Cleartronic uses subsidiary VoiceInterop to design, sell and install unified group communication solutions in today’s marketplace while its business model is centered on offering hardware and customized software to both the public and private sectors under the VoiceInterop brand. Currently under development is an application service provider solution for voice interoperability – a vital technology in achieving public safety and homeland security communication.

Accompanying its voice interoperability efforts is WAVE software that enables and manages group communications over the Internet protocol network for linking people and devices. In addition, it develops an ‘Audiomate 360’ designed to provide an Internet protocol gateway to users of unified group communications. The company also offers maintenance and support contract services.

Responsible for executing on the company’s strategic plan for growth and profitability is President, CEO and Director, Larry Reid. Mr. Reid is the founder of Cleartronic and a co-founder of VoiceInterop who possesses over thirty years of executive management experience in sales, marketing, operations and financial management. Further, Mr. Reid served as Chief Financial Officer and director of Connectivity, Inc., a manufacturer and distributor of emergency call boxes. He played a pivotal role in Connectivity’s acquisition of publically offered CNE Group, Inc. While at CNE, Reid served as Executive Vice President and Director from 2003 to 2005. With wide and deep experience in venture start-ups, raising capital and developing joint ventures and strategic partnerships, Mr. Reid’s resume serves to open new markets and drive business initiatives to build shareholder value.

Rounding out Mr. Reid’s impressive list of capabilities, he raised more than $5 million in start-up capital for Ocurest Laboratories, Inc., a company he co-founded to distribute over-the-counter eye drops in a patented dispenser. He orchestrated Ocurest’s initial public offering in 1996 and helped lead the company to achieve approximately 80% market penetration of optical supply retail outlets on a national scale. Formerly known as GlobalTel IP, Inc., the Boca Raton operation changed its name to Cleartronic, Inc. in May 2008.
