Cleartronic is looking for
change. In fact, the technology company’s business model is built on change and
capitalizing on the business opportunities change creates. In a nutshell,
Cleartonic’s strategy is to create or identify and acquire operating subsidiaries
to develop, manufacture and sell products, services and systems that provide
solutions for challenges faced by government agencies and enterprises.
The company’s VoiceInterop
subsidiary provides unified communications solutions to organizations in the
public and private sectors. These solutions are designed to help these
entities, many of them facing significant budget constraints, work smarter,
more efficiently and cost-effectively. VoiceInterop’s patented AudioMate360
Radio IP gateway devices enable customers to link otherwise incompatible
communications devices and networks, such as two-way radios, cell phones and
tablet PC devices, into an integrated communication system. The result is:
• Interoperability – Seamless communication among working groups
allows companies and organizations to improve response times, enhance command
and control, and save on hardware upgrade expenses.
• Open-Standards Software – Most changes in the system can
be executed at the software level which is purpose-built to “scale up” and
adapt to any interoperability challenge.
• Design Flexibility – The versatility of the VoiceInterop
approach allows a wide range of legacy communications systems to work together,
extending the useful life of many legacy systems.
• Operating Flexibility – VoiceInterop solutions are
designed to provide easy, secure, on-the-fly configuration.
These capabilities have
attracted a customer base of more than 200 clients ranging from emergency
services agencies (including police, EMS and fire) and airport management to
colleges and universities.
Cleartronic’s second
subsidiary, ReadyOp Communications, Inc., is the leading distributor for the
command and control software suite ReadyOp™. The solution provides government
agencies at all levels and internationally multiple planning and communication
capabilities and options in a single, secure web application. ReadyOp is
designed to support daily operations, alert and response actions, special event
planning, incident management and emergency response and recovery. Users can
communicate and interact securely with each other and in a timely manner,
regardless of their location to ensure:
• Secure, Real Time Communication
• Emergency Response
• Incident Command System
• First Responder Coordination
• Disaster Recovery
• Backup Communications
• Community Fusion
• Continuity of Operations
ReadyOp is currently being
used by numerous federal, state and local government agencies and private
enterprise. The platform also supports planning and response for the Department
of Homeland Security’s Incident Command System (ICS) and the corresponding
Hospital Incident Command System (HICS) for healthcare.
Leveraging core
competencies already being commercialized, Cleartronic’s R&D efforts are
focused on exploring additional opportunities in machine-to-machine, smart
grid, and cloud communications applications. In line with this pursuit,
Cleartronic seeks to apply its intellectual property to create new high-growth
market applications, including the development of consumer products targeting
large domestic and global markets.
