Kallo, a provider of
centralized congruent solutions that address healthcare and business issues for
ministries of health, hospitals, physicians, and other healthcare
organizations, reports that it is preparing to establish a new global
headquarters in Markham, Ontario, following its recent $200 million supply
contract with the Republic of Guinea. Kallo also plans to establish regional
offices in five countries to support further business growth and its goal to be
fully operational in the third quarter of 2014.
“We have already
reviewed and done the first set of amendments to the internal layout for a
10,000-square foot floor plan,” Kallo president and COO Vince Leitao stated in
the news release. “Leasehold improvements will be done modularly as we have established
an aggressive move-in deadline of June 2014, synchronized with the resource
ramp-up.”
To assist with the
development of the new facilities, Kallo has retained the services of Cresa
Toronto, an international corporate real estate firm and tenant representation
firm in North America. Cresa has 20 years of experience in providing successful
real estate solutions for major clients such as PowerStream, Inc., Philips
Electronics Ltd., and Mazda Canada, Inc.
