Mind Solutions, Inc. (VOIS) Partners with Monster Arts (APPZ) to Develop Inventive APPS

Mind Solutions announced that it has signed an agreement with Monster Arts, headed by Wayne Irving, one of the most media publicized smart device app developers in the nation. Mind Solutions is set to begin providing development services to Monster Arts in relation to the creation of thought-controlled software applications for their growing portfolio of lifestyle, gaming, medicinal, and small business apps. The agreement includes quarterly payments to Mind Solutions throughout 2014 in return for consulting and guidance in incorporating ‘thought-controlled’ utilities in applications for Monster Arts.

Monster Arts filed for patent protection on their wave control technology, titled “Hand Wave or Hand Signal Over Front-Facing Smart Device Camera to Trigger Software Commands,” in May of 2013. Monster Arts aims to use this “patent-pending” technology in order to build hands-free technologies and apps across a number of applications.

“Utilizing Mind Solutions’ thought-controlled technology, accompanied by Monster Arts’ touch-less technology, we feel we are looking into the future of developing very useful and meaningful applications for smart and wearable devices in a variety of industries”, stated Irving. “The ability to open and send a text message, or control a Smartphone app through thought-control is very appealing to me.”

Irving’s enthusiasm for hands-free and touch-less technologies connects back to his founding of the national anti-texting while driving outreach Text Kills?. The Text Kills? initiative aimed to pick up where Oprah Winfrey’s No Phone Zone left off, once her television show went off the air in May of 2011. The call to action maintained commendable focus, collecting more than 100,000 pledges on the sides of the Text Kills? Tour Bus. The Tour Bus has made appearances at more than 400 schools, corporations, and safety events since 2010. Text Kills? was founded by Irving after inventing the DriveReply?, a smartphone app thwarting the national epidemic of texting while driving. Irving was invited to Washington D.C. in order to bring attention to his technology at the US DOT’s 2010 National Distracted Driving Summit.

In 2011 and under the brand Iconosys, Irving developed a medicinal Smartphone app called “Tell My Geo(TM)”. The inventive app helped care-providers keep track of their loved ones with Mental Cognitive Impairments and “near-Alzheimer’s”. After its debut, Tell My Geo(TM) was featured in several national publications, including the Wall Street Journal, promoting the safety and care of seniors. After being inspired by former President of the Argentina Medical Association over the most significant reasons for illnesses and death; “the inaccurate or lack of detail to taking one’s medications”, Irving developed a Digital Pillbox(TM) app, a medicine reminding, tracking, and reporting app. The app was met with great support from both doctors and nurses alike. Digital Pillbox also received praise from predominant hospital and health publications across the country, including The Florida Hospital News.

Kerry Driscoll, CEO stated, “We are very pleased to be working with such a respected company involved in the software APP industry. The revenue derived from our relationship is a great benefit to our early-stage company and we are optimistic about the long-term value that this relationship will bring to our Company.”
