BOLDFACE Group, a celebrity beauty licensing company, has formed a new partnership with Netherlands-based Global Beauty Linx to distribute the KHROMA BEAUTY brand throughout the European Union.
As BOLDFACE prepares for its European debut, the company said it plans to leverage Global Beauty’s relationships with key retailers in the UK, Germany, France, Poland, Hungary, and more, as well as tap into its expertise in sophisticated logistics.
BOLDFACE’s focus is to extend its market reach by licensing its entertainment, celebrity, and designer brands, which encompass cosmetics, hair preparations, fragrances, home fragrances, skin care, tools, and other beauty products.
The company’s initial brand, the “Khroma Beauty by Kourtney, Kim and Khloe,” will launch in the United States in December 2012, through a license agreement with entities controlled by Kourtney, Kim, and Khloe Kardashian. The brand will debut as a holiday collection at ULTA Beauty, CVS, and other similar stores.
In January 2013, BOLDFACE says it plans a full brand-roll out followed by a European launch is expected in spring 2013.
