Global Payout, Inc. (GOHE) Signs Agreement with Payment Processing Alliance

Today, Global Payout announced that it had signed a major agreement with Payment Processing Alliance. The company notes that this contract is its first venture into a new and developing market niche, and that the agreement will provide fund disbursement options for Payment Processing Alliance’s customers whom are in payroll processing and eCommerce businesses. Even though the contract is a business-to-business contract, Global Payout says that it will ultimately benefit business-to-customer clients of Payment Processing Alliance’s customers.

“Payment Processing Alliance’s business-to-business client base requires a dependable and secure payment platform that can scale up largely, quickly, and easily with only incremental cost increases,” said Shelly Biondi, CEO of Payment Processing Alliance. “The Global Payout platform provides a best-in-class solution for our clients to accomplish this while seamlessly accessing their funds through bank accounts, debit and credit cards, and international prepaid cards.”

“With their extensive background in the payment services industry and their established banking relationships, Payment Processing Alliance puts a premium on their customer satisfaction,” Bill Rochfort, President of Global Payout stated. “We have a great partner and growth opportunity with PPA and the ideal application to support their client base.”

Currently, Payment Processing Alliance supports a broad client base across a range of industries, including payroll processing, e-commerce merchants, utility companies, medical groups, and affiliate marketers. Over 200 client companies are currently integrated with Payment Processing Alliance’s automated processing interface. Payment Processing Alliance has also developed a range of fraud detection services that protect client merchants and their customers from having their financial or medical record information compromised.

Payment Processing Alliance also serves as an ACH provider across a range of industries. These industries served include: banks, money service businesses, and organizations that primarily sell their products and services over the Internet. For its bank partners, Payment Processing Alliance offers a variety of programs including lockbox services, turn down programs, and medical banking applications, among which the company offers customized business payment solutions for a wide variety of e-Commerce industries beyond ACH. Those solutions include Check 21 and Merchant Credit processing, and Global Payout anticipates the expansion of its services to Payment Processing Alliance to meet demand in other niche markets.

With the contract, Payment Processing Alliance’s customers will receive a greater variety of disbursement options that extend beyond traditional check, cash, or wire transfer options. Payment Processing Alliance projects that fund disbursements to Global Payouts’ prepaid debit cards will reach 3,000 transactions a month. Global Payout anticipates that the full activation of these accounts and prepaid cards will bring it strong transactional revenues in 2014, beginning in the second quarter. With the agreement, 1,000 prepaid cards will be delivered for an initial rollout. Global Payout says that its prepaid card option will be of value to Payment Processing Alliance customers without bank accounts, or who do not wish to deposit disbursement monies into their accounts.
