Raptor Resources Holdings, Inc. (RRHI) Poised for Success through Subsidiaries

A holdings company focused on mineral resource acquisition, exploration and development, Raptor Resources Holdings, Inc. operates through two subsidiaries: Mabwe Minerals, Inc. (MBMI) and TAG Minerals. The company’s aim is to grow both organically and through acquiring seasoned mining and mineral assets.

Mabwe Minerals is a fully reporting, publicly traded natural resources and hard asset company dedicated to industrial minerals and metals mining and commercial sales. The parent company’s efforts have been focused on Mabwe Minerals for the past two years as it endeavors to move into commercial barite production. Operations are conducted through Mabwe Corporation Limited, the company’s Zimbabwe parent/holding affiliate, which includes the wholly owned subsidiary Mabwe Minerals Zimbabwe Limited and the minority owned WGB Kinsey & Company.

Currently, Mabwe Minerals’ focus is on mining, logistics and commercial sales at Dodge Mine, a property comprised of various hydrothermal mountains encompassing 123 hectares of superior-grade barite, limestone and talc deposits. Recently, Dodge Mine’s barite deposits were classified as “World Class” quality by a third-party oil and gas drilling sector geologist. The deposits were also classified as highly efficient for mining through open pit extraction, following the barite veins and salvaging large percentages of barite within the halo zones through customized jigging systems. Huge barite deposits have been indicatedin gravity mapping of the property. A core drilling plan is being developed to further confirm barite reserves and further explore widespread occurrences of gossan deposits that are often associated with gold, nickel, zinc, copper and lead.

Competitively positioned to support the barite demands of Europe and the Middle East, Mabwe Minerals is ideally positioned to dominate the local region when addressing the immense oil and gas discoveries off the coast of Mozambique, including a long-term agreement to support demands within the Gulf of Mexico.

Raptor Resources Holdings’ second subsidiary, TAG Minerals, is a mineral and metal resource acquisition, exploration and development company with its initial focus on alluvial surface gold as well as developing greenfield assets to target bedrock gold and other viable hard assets. TAG Minerals has access to 600 hectares of the greenfield mountain range of the Makuruanopamaenza Mountains for evaluation purposes, through the use of a prospector license. Situated above the Mazowe River, the Makuruanopamaenza Mountains are located in close proximity to Dodge Mine on the northern end of the Shamva Gold Belt.
