Global Earth Energy, Inc. (GLER) www.globalearthenergy.com – a leading provider of renewable energy solutions to North American markets via wholly-owned subsidiary, RCI Solar, Inc., reported that RCI signed an affiliate marketing agreement with Ontario, Canada-based Aqua Solar Limited, a premier solar thermal and photovoltaic (PV) developer, today, Monday, August 02.
With an established reputation as a leading product and service provider to residential, commercial and industrial sectors throughout NA, the Company offers a sophisticated suite of turnkey solutions and ancillary hardware based on and around three core products:
• Solar Domestic Hot Water
• Solar Photovoltaic (PV) Panels
• AQUA III Heating & Cooling System
•
Ideally positioned to leverage the Ontario Power Authority-funded (OPA) microFIT and FIT (Feed-in Tariff ) renewable energy programs, which were engineered to force proliferation of the technology at a local level across Ontario, RCI and Aqua Solar stand to receive long-term contracts at fixed prices for electricity generated via renewable energy projects.
As of July 1, Aqua Solar has committed to purchasing $1M in product orders from RCI over the next year, and both companies are eager to tap into these prime, long-term, fixed-price contracts via the rollout of demand-serving renewable infrastructure.
CEO of GLER, Syd Harland, noted that this multi-million dollar project for the entire province of Ontario represents 20+ year guaranteed incomes for eligible participants, and sagely outlined the ideal strategic market position which RCI has obtained via its Aqua Solar affiliation.
Harland quoted RCI projections of $5M+ for the first year of operations alone, and revenue climbing 10-15% both in the following year and subsequent years.
Operations Manager of RCI, Jeff Hoogveld, called Aqua Solar a “first-class organization” and noted the considerable expansion of both the product line and distribution network this partnership entails, while ensuring circumspect and highly localized service capabilities.
The meshing together of both companies’ technology and service envelopes, in order to meet explosive demand for ecologically sustainable electricity in Canada, is a winning game plan.
With Aqua Solar running the end-to-end sustainable energy solutions marketing to consumers through its vast and established distribution network, and RCI providing the muscle to make small- and large-scale implementations an affordable reality, shareholders of GLER stand to reap the rich rewards of this adroit maneuver.
