Estate Coffee Holdings Corp., an emerging specialty coffee company with intent to grow by vertical integration, recently announced that the company has secured an agreement to acquire 100 percent of Fresh Traffic Group, an effective web marketing organization that delivers a one-stop shop for affordable Internet marketing solutions.
Under the terms of the agreement, Fresh Traffic Group shareholders will contribute to the company all shares held and be elected to the Estate Coffee’s board of directors. The closing of the agreement is subject to the parties’ completion of their due diligence and the satisfaction of certain legal conditions, with closing expected to be completed by September 30, 2010.
