Late yesterday after the closing bell, Deltron Inc. announced that on August 4, 2010 the company signed an agreement to secure both domestic and international patent rights for integral components of its highly innovative rebreather technology.
The company has acquired the marketing and development rights to a highly innovative breathing valve and mouthpiece design comprised of a bailout valve, mouthpiece and valve unit for its leading edge rebreather systems. The acquisition gives its Blu Vu division the right to develop new products based on the technology and to license the technology to other manufacturers throughout the United States, Europe and Australia.
Deltron’s Blu Vu division designs and develops components as well as complete systems for closed-circuit rebreathers, underwater life support systems that recirculate breathing gases to enable deeper, longer and more productive commercial and recreational dives. Blu Vu makes these rebreathers and components for deep sea oil & gas exploration, mining, search and rescue, fire, building safety and hazardous materials applications as well as for recreational diving.
The news pushed Deltron’s stock significantly higher in today’s trading. The stock closed at $0.008, up 77.78% on 31,439,355 traded shares. For more information on Deltron, please visit the company’s website at www.dtro.com.
