Liberated Energy, Inc. (LIBE) to Welcome New Members to Board of Directors

Liberated Energy announced today that several personnel changes are happening at the company’s top level; Frank Giordano, Lieutenant General Ronald S. Coleman, and Kim Thorne-O’Brien will all be joining the Board of Directors over the next couple of months.

Frank Giordano is President of Atlantic Trailer Leasing Corp, the President and CEO of Peter Nero and the Philly Pops, and was the 64th President of the Union League of Philadelphia. Frank is also Chairman of the Abraham Lincoln Foundation, a board member of the Salvation Army New Jersey State Advisory Board, a Trustee of the Lincoln University Board of Trustees, and serves in other capacities at several area clubs and foundations. In the past, he served as the Chairman of Goodwill Industries of Southern New Jersey and Philadelphia. A consultant to the Chamber of Deputies of the Italian Parliament, Frank is a graduate of Rutgers University and resides with his wife, Dorothy, in Moorestown, New Jersey.

Lieutenant General Ronald S. Coleman is the Deputy Commandant for Manpower and Reserve Affairs. His career began in 1968 when he joined the Navy; since then, he has served as a Commanding Officer in the Marine Corps and has served at the Department of Defense as Deputy Division Chief—Logistic Readiness Center. He was assigned to his current position and appointed to the rank of Lieutenant General in 2006. Lieutenant General Coleman has served in Vietnam, Japan, the Balkans, Iraq and Haiti. He attended Cheyney State University, Marine Corps Command and Staff College, and National Defense University. The Lieutenant General is a member of the Marine Corps Officer’s Club and resides in Virginia with his wife, Kathryn.

A 1980 graduate of Ursinus College, Kim Thorne-O’Brien holds a B.S. in Health and Physical Education with a minor in Biology. She went on to earn an M.S.Ed in Exercise Physiology from Temple University and completed Ph.D. work except dissertation in Cardiovascular Physiology. Ms. O’Brien’s previous positions include Division Manager at Genentech, Inc., Regional Business Director, Northeast Region of MedImmune, Inc., and Vice President, Business Development & Marketing of AdvancedTraces, a company engaged in the development of supersensitive detection of bio warfare agents. Since 2004, Ms. O’Brien has been President of Independence, Inc., a firm engaged in providing consulting services to start-up biotechnology and is also a Senior Director at Stream Energy/Ignite.

Commenting on the forthcoming additions to the board, Liberated Energy president, Frank Pringle, stated, “The addition of these highly-qualified members will help to create a diversified Board with the business knowledge and leadership qualities to best represent the interests of the shareholders. We also believe that Lieutenant General Coleman will be extremely valuable in establishing a relationship between Liberated Energy, Inc. and the U.S. military both domestically and abroad because our products could be very beneficial to them.”
