In mid-August, HWI Global, Inc. announced that they are scheduled to begin installation of their proprietary Bio-Gard™ Germicidal Wall lamination at West Virginia University’s White Hall Clean Room Laboratories. The Company’s construction project is an ongoing part of the University’s Department of Physics Relocation plan. HWI’s Bio-Gard™ was chosen for this project by IKM Architects, an architectural firm, and entered into a subcontract with Jendoco Construction, a general construction firm, both based in Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania.

HWI will laminate the newly-constructed drywall with our seamless, heat-welded proprietary Bio-Gard™ creating a homogenous and aseptic finish easily sterilized to reduce the risk of microbial contamination.”
