ProGaming Platforms Corp. is the developer of a commercial multiplayer online gaming and reward-processing platform. The Company’s platform automatically and accurately determines game winners from an unlimited pool of players, and automatically pays monetary reward payouts. The design of the system is to be fair and accurate, and to operate without any bias. The platform tracks the scores and reports the results of each game, retaining the history of each game and each player over an extended period. ProGaming Platforms has their headquarters in Tel-Aviv, Israel.
The Company’s platform can be licensed by any online gaming provider, and can sit on any third-party server. The ProGaming platform eliminates game result disputes between players. ProGaming can be implemented to operate virtually any skill game now on the Internet. The ProGaming system features a proprietary billing method. It is easily configurable to work with third-party gaming servers and existing commercial billing systems.
With the ProGaming system, players pay a nominal entrance fee for each game – there is no monthly subscription, players only pay for games they play in. The gaming platform collects the fees for each game and the winner takes the pot. Players receive a ranking based on their previous successes. Players are placed in levels according to their skill; expert players cannot play beginners.
Online Gaming is one of the fastest growing markets on the internet. In 2010, the online gaming market was a $15 billion industry. ProGaming Platforms is establishing their retail gaming community to host leading game servers. This includes Unreal Tournament, Counterstrike, and other popular online games from the first person shooting and racing genres. Affiliates will work to bring additional games to the Company’s server.
For wholesale gaming, many existing gaming communities already possess large bases of paid subscribers. ProGaming’s platform has also undergone development to be purchased wholesale by existing server farms. Any existing gaming community can purchase the ProGaming platform with a one-time payment and annual service fee. Additionally, the Company offers a wholesale revenue sharing payment program.
This week, ProGaming Platforms announced that the Depository Trust Company (DTC) granted them eligibility status. Eligibility enables ownership of the Company’s stock shares to undergo transfer electronically via the DTC. The Depository Trust Company is a member of the U.S. Federal Reserve System and a registered clearing agency with the Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC).
Tamir Levinas, CEO of ProGaming Platforms, said, “With DTC eligibility, ProGaming Platforms can now take its commercial product-line to the international investment community. We are confident that many investors will recognize the potential of our online gaming platform to compete in one of the fastest growing markets on the internet.”
