Before the opening bell this morning, Camelot Entertainment Group, Inc. announced that Camelot Distribution Group has inked a deal for eleven of their recently acquired library titles with DigiDreams Studio. As terms of the agreement, DigiDreams acquired DVD rights for all of German speaking Europe.
“Although a fairly young company, DigiDreams has tremendous insight into the demands and needs of the German-speaking market,” explained Jamie Thompson, Camelot President of Distribution. “This bundle of sales is just another major step in exploiting the library as we get ready for the upcoming MIPCOM television market in Cannes.”
The titles include “Slaughterhouse Rock,” “Grizzly,” “The House on Sorority Row,” “Mutant” starring Bo Hopkins (American Graffiti), “The Toolbox Murders,” “Day of the Animals” starring Leslie Nielsen, “They Call Me Bruce” starring Johnny Yune, “Me & The Mob” starring Sandra Bullock, “Beverly Hills Brats” starring Martin Sheen, “Snowballing,” and “Without Warning” starring Martin Landau and David Caruso.
Earlier this morning, CMGR traded as high as $0.0149 a share, up more than 75% from yesterday’s close.
