Lim, Ph.D. as the company’s Chief Technology Officer. Dr. Lim brings with him over 20 years of industrial research, development, and integration experience with lithium-ion related technologies. He will work out of the company’s Suzhou, China office, helping to shape R&D operations, including the design of advanced battery production systems.

Dr. Lim was most recently the co-founder of Pleiades Battery Manufacturing in China, producing lithium-ion batteries for EV applications. Prior to that, he was co-founder of Energy Systems International, a consulting firm specializing in lithium-ion technologies, and was also co-founder of Macro Energy-Tech, producing consumer oriented lithium-ion batteries. Dr. Lim also worked at Hughes Research in California, and was a research physicist at the Institute of Polymers and Organic Solids at the University of California, Santa Barbara.
