Simtrol Inc. has been making their mark in the ever-changing world of technology by developing products that bring technologies together. Leading the way on the Simtrol Board of Directors is Dallas S. Clement. Clement has served as a Director of Simtrol since April 2001 and as Chairman of the Board of Directors since June 2007. Clement has served as Senior Vice President, Strategy and Development for Cox Communications, Inc. since August 2000 and has had a long and successful career at Cox which has earned him a significant reputation in the business world.
Another known figure on the Simtrol Board of Directors is Adam D. Senter. Senter has served as a Director of Simtrol since January 2005 and has served as Chairman of Keowee Partners, LLC, a private real estate investment and development company in South Carolina, since 2004. Senter began to make his mark in the business world by achieving a varied and successful 19 year career with IBM from 1981-2000.
Lee D. Wilder has served as a Director of Simtrol since February 2008. She has been a private financial consultant since 2000. Prior to that, Wilder was an equity research analyst and officer for The Robinson-Humphrey Company, Wachovia Securities, and J. C. Bradford & Co from 1983 to 2000.
Oliver M. Cooper III joined Simtrol in May 2008. Cooper has more than 25 years of experience managing high-growth technology companies, both public and private. Before joining Simtrol, Mr. Cooper served as a Partner at Triton Value Partners, an Atlanta-based business advisory/private equity firm,
