(President, CEO, and Chairman of the Board) draws upon over 25 years of
experience in finance and investment banking in his senior leadership role.
Before coming to Infinite Group as a consultant in 2003, from where he worked
up to his current position, Villa was the President of H.J. Myers, a national
investment banking firm. He holds a Bachelor of Science degree from Clarkson
University.
James Witzel (CFO)
boasts of over 35 years of expertise in accounting, financial reporting, and
management. Prior to his arrival at Infinite Group in 2004, he served as a
consultant to privately-held middle market companies. He was appointed CFO of
Infinite Group in 2008. Witzel holds a B.A. degree and an M.B.A. degree from
the University of Rochester.
W. Scott Hogan (COO)
was part of Hewlett Packard before his arrival at Infinite Group in 2004. From
2001-2004, he served as HP’s North American operations manager for messaging
services. At Infinite Group, Hogan was responsible for building and leading the
implementation, integration, and support of IT solutions for one of IGI’s major
clients. He was appointed COO in 2008, and he holds a B.A. in Aeronautical
Engineering CCAF and a B.A. in Information Technology Operations CSU, as well
as numerous professional certifications.
Dr. Allan M. Robbins
(Board Director) joined Infinite Group’s board in 2003. He is the Medical
Director and Chief Surgeon at Robbins Eye Associates and Robbins Laser Site in
Rochester. Robbins’ prior experience includes service as CEO of the Genesee
Valley Eye Institute, as well as being part of Scientific Advisory Council for
Phoenix Laser and the clinical investigation portion of the VISX laser during
FDA clinical trials. He has won a number of accolades for his record as a
medical professional, and he is a board-certified ophthalmologist, having
completed his fellowship training at the University of Rochester. Robbins also
holds membership in multiple professional organizations.
David Slavny
(Director of Business Development) leverages deep experience in sales and
management from prior experience as a branch and regional manager in the
financial services industry before his arrival at Infinite Group. He joined up
with Infinite Group in 2005 and plays a strong role in its day-to-day business
development operations.
Donald Reeve (Board
Director) brings to Infinite Group’s board experience in managing information
technology requirements for a growing company in a competitive environment.
Currently he is principal partner at the management consulting firm ReTech
Services, LLC. Reeve’s prior experience includes serving as senior vice
president and chief information officer for Wegmans Food Markets, Inc, where he
headed an IT staff of approximately 300 professionals. Over his career, Reeve
worked at Wegmans for over four decades in various capacities. Having joined
Infinite Group’s board in 2012, he continues to provide guidance to the company
as it enters a range of commercial IT market spaces.
