Medifirst Solutions, Inc. (MFST) Licenses King Media “Successful Child” Brand to Address America’s Mental Health Challenges

Medifirst Solutions pursues innovative medical and healthcare products and technologies that it can use as a pipeline to allow for the distribution of new products and services. The company’s most recent endeavor is its license agreement with King Media, Inc., under which Medifirst will use King Media’s “Successful Child” name and brand for a range of products centered on “hot button” issues.

The agreement creates a pathway for Medifirst to address issues such as mental illness and special needs as it uses the name brand to develop products such as news and information resources that will be available on mobile apps, computers and IPTV, as well as other products such as print and Internet magazines, tabloids, newsletters, and games.

CEO Bruce J. Schoengood pointed to the political agendas in the wake of the Sandy Hook shootings and the unarguable need for the American culture to address the identification, treatment and education of mental illness. His intention is for Medifirst to compound its licensing deal with King Media with his personal efforts to shed light keep the ball rolling.

“I am proud of my contributions to this important cause and have been honored by Mental Health America. In addition, I’ve spoken in the U.S. Senate and have been invited as an expert to talk to congressmen about these vital issues,” Schoengood stated in the press release.  “I am confident that our products and services will make a substantial difference in people’s lives. Given the attention to these problems and exposure in the media, my hope is that people will no longer attach the social stigma that has dogged the mental health and special needs communities which has kept these issues in the shadows for so many years. King Media, Inc. does not have the platform and resources to execute and grow the ‘Successful Child’ brand and we are proud to now carry the torch for such a great title and important issue.”

The licensing agreement reflects the company’s business strategy to develop a portfolio of varying assets for the betterment of mental health.

“We continue to make significant progress in establishing business and strategic relationships with both industry-leading and innovative organizations. Our company goal is to create a diverse portfolio of technology and assets, with a focus on innovative products, and to produce revenue and growth within the medical, health and mental health sectors. We are confident that we will continue to make substantial progress toward achieving our business goals in the coming weeks and months,” he concluded.
