Li-ion Motors Corp. (LMCO) Appoints New Director of Business Development China

Li-ion Motors Corp., an early stage technology company that focuses on the development and marketing of electric powered vehicles and products based on the lithium battery technology, announced that it has recently appointed its first management member from Asia, Edmond Yu, who will assume the position of Director of Business Development China.

My. Yu has a background in Business Development and he currently occupies an advisory consulting position with Peak Resource Capital. Mr. Yu will be receiving a result-oriented compensation package with stock options, with the understanding that results and growth are the Company’s objectives.

Li-ion Motors has also recently announced to the public and to its shareholders that it is now ready to enter into the next phase of business and will be focusing their attention more towards manufacturing, branding, and sales in 2012.

Over the last several months, the Company has evaluated geographic territories and has concluded that to optimize fast and better long-term results, breaking into the Asian market is necessary. The auto industry in China is lucrative as it’s marked as being one of the strongest sustainable sectors for the years ahead.

With these objectives Li-ions Motors has announced that in order to establish the Company in Asia, they have signed a two-year financial advisory contract with Peak Resource Capital Partners. Peak Resource Capital is a full service financial Advisory boutique that mainly focuses upon mergers and acquisition and strategic alliances in Asia, more specifically in China/Hong Kong. Their prime function will be to help Li-Ion Motors be more structured and financially secure in China/Hong Kong.
