Steele Resources Corp. (SELR) Completes Mining Development Goals for 2011

Steele Resources Corp. is a precious metals exploration and development company whose aim is to become an actual gold producer. It plans to do so through the development of the 1,800 acre Mineral Hill Gold Project located in the Tobacco Root Mountains of Montana. The company also has the Comstock-Tyler Project in the historically precious metals-rich Comstock region of Nevada.

The company announced today that it has completed its development goals for 2011 and established a 166 feet development drift that will serve as the main haulage for future mining activities at the Mineral Hill Gold Mine. Steele Resources has also begun an advanced drilling program that will define the targeted mineral zones, giving the company’s geologists the additional data they need.

Steele Resources plans to drill four test holes, each to a depth of 200 feet. This testing will examine the possibility of mineralized contacts between the current development drift and the known mineral targets which can be seen at the surface.

This drilling activity will also provide more data relating to the potential depth of mineralization at the mine site. Drilling results are anticipated to be available in early January. Also in January, the company will define its production targets for 2012 and the plan for exploring the potential for additional mineralized zones.
