On Tuesday, Arcis Resources Corp. announced that they signed an exclusive cooperation agreement with Al Suwaiket Trading & Contracting Company (Al Suwaiket). The agreement covers the business development and expansion of Arcis’ products, services, and technology into the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia and other members of the Gulf Cooperation Council. Al Suwaiket is Saudi Arabia-based. They are a diversified business group working in diverse fields such as oil, gas and pipeline services, construction, real estate, legal consulting, food, agriculture, furniture, travel and tourism, trading, education, and industrial ventures.
Mr. Robert Di Marco, Executive Vice President of Arcis Resources, said, “Building partnerships and creating alliances with local experts in the international markets that are emerging helps us to create a strong competitive advantage. This agreement with Al Suwaiket will help ensure a well-respected position for the local office that we will be establishing in Saudi Arabia, and enable quick deployment of our operations.”
Arcis anticipates having registration completed in Saudi Arabia by the first quarter of 2012. They expect this expansion of the Company to begin generating revenue by the third quarter of 2012.

We can take the recovered waste byproducts and match them with buyers who use them in their operations. We can then coordinate the sell, logistics and distribution of the recovered waste byproduct to the buyer for reuse. It’s a win-win situation and we hope to bring awareness of that to the thousands of companies worldwide who could benefit from our services.”
