This will allow for the transition of Sauer Energy from a research and development only company to a sales and marketing company.
Sauer Energy first revealed its WindCharger™ prototype in May, at the WindPower 2011 Conference and Exhibition, the biggest wind energy industry trade show in North America.
In just a little over 4 years, Sauer Energy’s vision of a small vertical axis wind turbine for the home and business has become a reality. As Sauer Energy enters into the sales phase, they will be reinvesting revenues in order to develop other applications for its technology. Throughout the course of manufacturing and marketing the WindCharger™, Sauer Energy strives to establish a leadership position in residential roof-mountable wind energy capture, due to its cutting edge and efficient features.

The new facility will be compliant for obtainment of the American Recovery and Reinvestment Act (ARRA) projects. Future goals include planes in strategic location to meet the growing demand for increased production.
