Voice Assist, Inc. (VSST) Partners with Adaptel Communications to Provide Service for the Visually Impaired

Voice Assist, Inc., a hosted speech services provider that offers cloud based speech recognition technology designed to voice enable mobile applications, and Adaptel Communications, a company that focuses on providing service to the visually impaired community, have both announced that they have entered into a reseller agreement. In accordance to the agreement, Adaptel will be bundling Voice Assist with flat rate VoIP service/mobile phone service. They will also provide for a virtual assistant and live assistant as an affordable add-on to its existing lines.

Voice Assist is offering one-button access to a virtual assistant that responds to voice commands on demand. Also, Voice Assist is offering enhanced operator services on a 24/7 schedule to enable live personal assistance 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. The Voice Assist cloud-based solutions operates with any telephone or IP-connected device (for example the iPhone®, Blackberry®, Android™ phones, the iPad® and other tablets) and will provide for a voice-enabled communication solutions for the younger generation, veterans, and other adults who may be visually impaired so they have the ability to call, email, text, or post by the use of their voice.

Additionally, Adaptel plans to offer their services with no credit check and no term contract on a low flat-rate basis.
