Treaty Energy Corp. issued an operational update on the company’s worldwide oil and gas activity. The company has prospective properties in the United States and Central America.
Treaty Energy said that the company began selling oil produced on its Texas properties in late June 2011. The company sold approximately 490 barrels of oil during the month, with the sales conducted through C & C Petroleum Management, LLC, the company’s wholly owned subsidiary.
The management of Treaty Energy estimates that oil shipments in July 2011 in Texas will be approximately 800 barrels of oil as the company brings additional wells on line during the month.
Treaty Energy also provided guidance on oil shipments for August and September 2011 at 1,000 barrels and 1,250 barrels, respectively. The company plans to drill ten new wells on its Texas properties over the next ninety days and the guidance does not include any production from these new wells.
Treaty Energy has delivered several pieces of heavy equipment to Mobile, Alabama, for use in the company’s oil and gas project in Belize. The company estimates that the equipment will be shipped to the project site in mid July 2011.
