EcoloCap Solutions, Inc. (ECOS) Ships First Phase of Emulsion Plants to Chile-based Empresas Energy

EcoloCap Solutions, Inc. operates through its subsidiaries, Micro Bubble Technologies Inc. (MBT) and K-MBT Inc., as an integrated group of environmentally focused technology companies. The company announced that it has delivered the first of four emulsion plants to Empresas Energy Partners/Generadora de Energia LTDA (EPC), a utility company in Chile.

EcoloCap COO Robert M. Egger Jr. is in Chile, and will oversee the installation and testing of the equipment, working in conjunction with four Korean engineers and technicians from EcoloCap’s subsidiary KMBT Korea.

This shipment reflects the first phase of the purchase agreement between EcoloCap and Empresas Energy, whose estimated fuel needs represent $84 million in equipment and additive sales, representing a valuable partnership for EcoloCap.

Egger noted the hard efforts that have contributed to the company’s advances and the potential payoff as it increases its presence on the global scene.

“The is the culmination of years of research and development and the ultimate demonstration of our technology, as well as the first delivery in a program that should result in over $27 million in sales of equipment and close to $54 million a year in sales of additive,” Egger stated in the press release. “We feel the whole world is watching these developments, as we have prospective customers and distributors from four continents and over ten countries, major companies and governments, representing hundreds of millions in sales for EcoloCap.”

EcoloCap also said that the company’s CEO Michael Siegel has accepted an invitation from the Ukrainian Government and will visit the Ukraine to meet with the Minister of Energy to discuss an agreement to implement a M-Fuel strategy for the City of Kiev.
