Dynamic Ventures Corp. announced on Friday that it signed the final contract to build a four-story, 84-room Comfort Suites Hotel in Bossier, Louisiana, a $5.4 million project. This is the first signed contract in the company’s $50 million-plus current domestic pipeline.
Dynamic Ventures uses a management and construction system that has consistently proven its ability to save builders and developers time and money without compromising quality. Interest in the Company’s unique approach continues to grow. This is evidenced by the number of multi-million dollar projects moving toward the final contract phase.

The Company also announced Friday that they have reached an agreement in principle with NOVA Home Loans. The parties will continue to work toward a definitive agreement. The agreement in principle outlines how NOVA Home Loans will work with Dynamic Ventures Corporation newly formed division that will focus on the Real Estate Owned (REO) segment. NOVA Home Loans has been providing financing solutions to homeowners and homebuyers since 1980 and is able to originate loans in 15 states.
Dynamic Ventures Corp., soon to be renamed Bundled Builder Solutions, Inc., develops and markets efficient construction solutions for residential and commercial buildings.
