Tombstone Exploration Corp. (TMBXF.OB) Receives Report Identifying Substantial Gold and Silver Mineralization at its Tombstone Property

Tombstone Exploration, www.tombstonemining.com – the precious metals and mineral resources developer with sizeable operations in Arizona and Nevada, reported reception of the finished 2D ZTEM Report on the Company’s 11.5k-acre Tombstone Project.

The Tombstone Project is located in the historically proven and world famous Tombstone Mining District near Tombstone, Arizona. The ZTEM Report was prepared by Geotech Ltd., the Company’s geophysical contractor and indicates the presence of four or five excellent porphyry targets despite the sizeable amount of land yet to be reviewed.

CEO of TMBXF, Alan Brown, explained that the ZTEM data clearly outlines several large structures and thus represents something of a milestone for the Company. Brown noted that the size and number of structures identified thus far have lit a wildfire of excitement at TMBXF and that there is a distinct possibility for the Tombstone site hosting multiple “very large gold, silver and copper deposits”.

Two of the identified targets are characterized by distinct “halos” of gold and silver mineralization around the properties, delivering strong evidence that promisingly diverse porphyry systems exist there.

Geotech, the world leader in aerial geophysical surveying, compared one of the structures to the recently sold Mount Milligan deposits, which are calculated to hold some 417.1M tons of ore, bearing 0.21% copper and 0.41 g/t gold (or some 1,934 Million pounds of copper and a whopping 5.5M ounces of gold).

Needless to say this is an enticingly favorable report which shows enormous production potential on the Company’s vast holdings in Arizona. Three identified targets have very promising geophysical signatures, classic magnetic/resistivity features typical of precisely the sort of mineralization profile TMBXF is looking for.

One target in particular is directly adjacent to a massive porphyry system currently being drilled by a top international mining concern, offering further indication that the site is richly mineralized. Another solid indicator of the production potential of the property is the continued staking of available land within the Tombstone Mining District by other mining companies.

The Company is seeking out ideal joint venture partners for drilling these porphyry structures and is in ongoing talks with major industry professionals in order to determine the most productive course of action.
