Sunridge International announced yesterday that they have signed a contract with New Amsterdam Marketing for exclusive rights in Bangladesh to distribute its PNT product line. New Amsterdam Marketing is currently the exclusive distributor of Sunridge products in India.
The PNT product line has proven in studies to be a safe, inexpensive alternative for glaucoma (a leading cause of blindness) and ocular hypertension treatment. The two minute treatment has been developed, patented, and distributed by Sunridge International’s wholly owned subsidiary Ophthalmic International (www.oi-pnt.com).
Sunridge medical consultant Leo D. Bores, M.D., will be training doctors, treating patients and making other public appearances while working with New Amsterdam Marketing’s personnel across India. Dr. Bores’s schedule will likely now include stops in Bangladesh.
“There has been a large increase in interest in our PNT product line and glaucoma treatment, ever since NAM starting its marketing rollout in neighboring India last month,” states G. Richard Smith, CEO of Sunridge. “NAM’s marketing plan is both impressive and aggressive, and that their sales have already surpassed original estimates.”
“Bangladesh is the sixth largest country in the world by population, and should be a major market for our two-minute non-invasive glaucoma treatment, and a significant revenue stream for our company,” states Mr. Smith.
