Stephen Spalding Named CFO of Spectral Capital Corp. (FCCN.OB)

Located in Seattle, Washington, Spectral Capital is focused on the acquisition of a significant portfolio of properties for mining activities. Today, Spectral Capital announced they have named Stephen Spalding as their Chief Financial Officer.

The addition of Spalding as the company’s CFO brings a great deal of credibility to the young company. Spalding is an MBA whom brings over 30 years of extensive experience in executive management, corporate governance, risk management, control design and development.

Spalding’s education includes a B.S. in Physics (solid state) and a B.S. in Mathematics, both of which he earned from Eastern Illinois University. Perhaps even more impressive than his education is the fact that Spalding has served early stage companies throughout his career. One such example of this was when he was the founding partner with KPMG’s Information Risk Management Practices. Spalding served as a partner in their Strategic Services and Enabling Technology practice for thirteen years.

Leading the team at Spectral Capital is Jenifer Osterwalder who serves as the company’s CEO. When asked what the addition of Stephen Spalding will mean to Spectral Capital, Osterwalder was quoted as saying, “Stephen brings to Spectral integrity and a high degree of professional experience. He will provide in depth knowledge in risk management areas as well as providing solid budgeting decisions. His 19 years of experience with KPMG and Deloitte Touche is a great asset for an early stage company to have. We are extremely pleased to have Stephen as part of our executive management team.”

Currently, the Spectral Capital Corporation is trading in the $1.11 range. To learn more about the Spectral Capital Corporation, visit the company website at: www.fusacapital.com.
