GlobalWise Investments and its wholly owned subsidiary Intellinetics have provided an update on Sycle.net’s successful clinic expansion growth and ongoing annuity stream billing of eDocs, a cloud-based billing software, into 215 audiology clinics throughout the country. The eDocs program was launched by Sycle.net on Aug. 1, 2012.
Sycle.net has been an industry leader in hearing care practice management since 2002. Its unique Web-based solution enables personnel to gain access to patient data from any place, at any time, on any device. GlobalWise teamed with Sycle.net earlier this year for the purposes of co-developing the eDocs cloud-based ECM solution especially for the SMB hearing care industry.
The eDocs solution exemplifies the ease and simplicity of integrating the cloud-based Intellivue software into existing ERP software solutions. In the last couple of months, GlobalWise has grown its installed based and annuity stream billing with Sycle.net to 215 new clinic installations. GlobalWise’s cloud-based ECM software is designed through open APIs for compatibility in almost any installation or configuration. Integrating with Sycle.net’s software instantly allowed Sycle.net to expand its clinic base into new SMB audiology clinic markets, and it continues to service Sycle.net’s Enterprise tier audiology markets. Previously, the new SMB market was not available because of the high cost of service and a focus on larger clients.
eDocs’ release has been the most successful product release on Sycle.net since the site’s core practice management system was launched more than a decade ago. Sycle.net has never before seen its users so quickly adopt an ancillary product. Sycle.net has rolled out eDocs into 215 clinics throughout the United States since Aug. 1, and it is expected that eDocs will be up and running in more than 1,500 clinics throughout the world by December 2013.
