First Liberty Power Corp. (FLPC) Commences Survey at Nevada Mining Property

First Liberty Power Corp. announced that the company has started its exploration program at its Lida Valley project located in Esmeralda County, Nevada. The company is prospecting for lithium at the site.

The Lida Valley claims are located approximately 150 miles north of Las Vegas, and comprise a surface area of 12,800 acres. The claims comprise seventy six claims of 160 acres, and eight claims of 80 acres. The Lida Valley property is in close proximity to an existing lithium brine producer in the area.
First Liberty Power Corp. said that once the survey is completed and the data has been analyzed, the results will be used to design a future drilling program at the property.

First Liberty Power Corp. recently decided to focus exclusively on its lithium claims in Nevada, and reached an agreement to sell its vanadium and uranium claims on a property in Utah. New America Energy Corp. will pay the company $110,000 over a one year period and issue 500,000 shares of its common stock as part of the deal.
