New Frontier Energy Inc. (NFEEI.OB) Works to Clear Pipeline Right-of-Way, Oil & Gas Connection will Establish Solid Presence in Greater Green River Basin

Most natural gas and oil companies would be happy with a few producing wells pumping out a respectable amount of oil and gas. Some, however, do their homework to find a location where many wells pump many barrels or cubic feet. A company that can recognize its position quickly, and develop it to maximize a variety of revenue streams quickly, is one that will become a solid long term player in any marketplace.

New Frontier Energy Inc., an oil and gas exploration and development company, works to explore and exploit oil and natural gas deposits primarily along the Colorado/Wyoming boarder. The company has been extracting natural gas since 2005 and anticipates further profitable developments at sites adjacent to its primary Slater Dome CBM prospect.

The company is currently producing and exploring in the Sand Wash Basin, a sub-basin of the Greater Green River Basin. Its current production site is located at the Slater Dome field while its exploratory Flattops Prospect and Focus Ranch Federal Unit activities are located adjacent to that primary field. The US Geological Survey 2002 National Oil and Gas Assessment indicates the natural gas potential for the Greater Green River Basin at 84.6 trillion cubic feet.

Although the company’s current 66.6% working interest in the Slater Dome CBM field is generating solid returns for the company, it is perhaps its majority interest in the 18 mile gas gathering line servicing the region that holds the most value. This gathering system is currently servicing the Slater Dome project but has yet to be oriented to service other properties in the region. The company has plans to extend the gathering system to its Focus Ranch property as rights of way are addressed.

If the company can make use of its current position, with regard to the pipeline system to Braggs Wyoming, it will be able to capitalize on an additional revenue stream. From all appearances, New Frontier has established itself in a solid gas producing region and is quickly solidifying its overall position. If it can quickly establish its near term gas and pipeline prospects, it will be in a solid position to become a strong regional player.
