The company’s first quarterly report for the period ending Dec. 31, 2012, has been filed, and the company’s status on the OTC Markets has been restored to “Current Information.”
GNCC Capital’s next financial report will be for the second quarter ending March 31. In order for the company to maintain its “Current Information Filer” status, these results must be filed on or before May 15.
