Vincent J. Smith
CEO and Chairman of the Board

As Chairman of the Board and CEO of USA Recycling Industries, Mr. Smith has expanded the company’s recycling center network through various initiatives, including pursuing acquisitions and alliances, developing recycling contracts with the Automotive Service Center Industry, and growing USRI’s footprint by targeting the under-serviced segment of the $75 billion global scrap metals market. Mr. Smith has over 20 years of experience in both private and public companies and has been listed in “Who’s, Who in Executives and Business.” In 1999, Mr. Smith completed an Executive Leadership Program at the University of Pennsylvania’s Wharton School of Business. He also served in the United States Marine Corps, earning several meritorious awards and an honorable discharge. Mr. Smith also owns and operates cycling Franchisors, Inc., a privately-held Delaware Corporation.

Stanley F. Wilson
President, Treasurer, and Director

As President, Treasurer, and Director of USA Recycling Industries, Mr. Wilson is able to leverage experience from his former careers as an M&A securities attorney and former automobile industry executive. Prior to USRI, Mr. Wilson’s experience included experience in collection and recycling of used motor oil, oil and gas, telecommunications, self-funded insurance plans, and trade association management. He has led 30+ going-public transactions, served as President and General Counsel to multiple publicly traded holding companies trading on NASDAQ, OTCBB and the Pink Sheets, and as legal counsel to new car dealerships, general counsel to state wide automotive dealer associations, automotive trade association executive, automotive industry lobbyist, and as a CEO of sub-prime automotive finance companies both public and privately-held organizations. Mr. Wilson has been an active member of the Nebraska State Bar Association since 1974, was appointed by the Governor as an Acting Lancaster County Court Judge and served as the Staff Judge Advocate of the 67th Infantry Brigade of the Nebraska Army National Guard with the rank of Captain.

Sheila M. Smith
Secretary

Currently serving as Secretary of USA Recycling Industries, Ms. Smith brings over 20 years of experience. In her role, Mrs. Smith oversees & insures compliance of all waste transport & disposal licensing and permitting regulations, as well as environmental compliance aspects of the company in addition to her other administrative duties. Through her career, she has acted as Secretary and Treasurer to multiple privately-held companies. Ms. Smith also serves as Secretary to Recycling Franchisors, a privately-held Delaware Corporation that has certain licensing arrangements with the company.
