Amwest Imaging Inc. (AMWI) Completes Acquisition of Zipclik Technologies

Amwest Imaging Inc., a development stage company focused on helping companies become efficient through digital conversion and indexing of documentation, has announced the completion of acquiring Zipclik Technologies.

Zipclik Technologies is a 256 AES encryption software used for Trillian, Meebo, AIM, Yahoo IM, Skype, and other Voice Over Internet, Instant messaging, Messaging, and Internet file transfer Protocols (VOIP) Software. The “256 AES key” is available at www.zipclik.com.

The software operates by providing a 256 AES key encryption at the moment that a conversation message or a file transfer begins. Also, exponential coverage occurs when the recipient of the data stream uses Zipclik on the other side of the transmission, which makes the code virtually “unbreakable” or hackable.

This software is necessary and essential for clients who want to protect and keep financial data, enterprise research, passwords, sensitive corporate directives, medical information, and other sensitive and confidential information private. The Zipclik encryption software offers a military level security not only for voice messaging and file transfer, but also guarantees any and all transmission left upon any host’s server will remain encrypted to protect all of the information from any third party, hacking, or unauthorized distribution.

There are currently more than 600 million globally registered users of Skype alone, of which most are unaware that their voice file transfer and messaging service are NOT safe from third parties; all who are viable candidates for Zipclik’s $99.00 USD software package. Zipclik software guarantees security of all transmissions.

Jason Gerteisen, President of Amwest, commented, “The acquisition of Zipclik is an enormous addition to the Amwest group of Companies with more potential revenue than all of the other sectors thus far. I believe this software will change the landscape of how any and all sensitive data or communication is conducted. In addition we have decided as a company to keep the price point at a level that will allow anyone to utilize.”

Even with a mere 15% of Skype’s more than 600 million users, Amwest could generate more than $5.94 billion in bookable revenue.

Zipclik charges $99.00 to download and install the software onto a computer. There are other additional applications for Zipclik software, which are currently in beta testing and are expected to launch soon.
