Command Center (CCNI) Posts Q4, FY 2011 Revenue

Command Center, Inc., a national provider of on-demand and temporary staffing solutions, today posted its fourth-quarter results for the five-week period ended December 30, 2011.

The company reported revenue of $6.85 million for the five-week reporting period ended Dec. 30, 2011, compared with revenue of $6.92 million recorded for the six-week reporting period ended Dec. 31, 2010.

Command Center recorded average weekly revenue of $1.37 million in December 2011, a 19 percent increase compared to average weekly revenue of $1.15 million reported in December 2010.

Noting the disparity between the reporting periods of December 2011 and December 2010 (five weeks vs. six weeks, respectively), the company says the comparison of average weekly sales is a more appropriate measurement to evaluate year-over-year revenue.

Fourth-quarter 2011 revenue of $20.25 million is an 8 percent improvement compared to revenue of $18.80 million reported in fourth quarter 2010.

Total 2011 revenue of $81.91 million represents an 18 percent increase on revenue of $69.44 million reported for 2010.

“Revenue improvement throughout the year can be attributed to a number of factors,” Command Center chairman and CEO Glenn Welstad stated in the press release. “But I think the most significant one has been our ability to identify and service promising growth markets such as disaster relief and recovery and national accounts. Now, as we enter the New Year, we also anticipate significant revenue contributions from our rapidly expanding Bakken Staffing business in North Dakota, and from the acquisition of DR Services that we completed last week, in addition to our growing core business. So, we are pleased with this year’s results and even more excited about the opportunities for the company’s growth in 2012.”
