Today, UNDT took another step forward by entering into a distribution agreement with the Brazil-based ORMAX Tecnologia em Seguranca.
The San Paulo based ORMAX specializes in all aspects of safety and security business, residential, perimeter, personnel, intelligence and counterintelligence products. ORMAX and UNDT today announced that ORMAX will distribute UNDT’s Biological, Chemical and Radiation Detection Equipment in Brazil, which has been named the site for the 2014 World Cup and 2016 Summer Olympics.
UNDT’s biodetection equipment has been extensively used by first responders and private industry throughout the country and internationally. The relationship formed with ORMAX provides an extra layer of protection for Brazil which has been reported to be vulnerable to terrorist attacks.
