National Automation Services, Inc. (NASV.PK) Moves Forward With OTC BB Listing

National Automation Services Inc., a growing automation and control systems integration company, recently announced that the SEC has completed its limited review of the company’s Form 10 Registration Statement. FINRA (Financial Industry Regulatory Authority), the organization which regulates the OTC Bulletin Board, is processing the request of a market maker to have National’s common stock quoted on the board. The SEC notified the company of review completion, with no further comments. Completion of the Form 10 review is a prerequisite to OTCBB listing.

National’s CEO, Bob Chance, commented on the positive news. “I am very proud of our team who contributed so much to achieve this important milestone. This has been a long and very challenging process, one the company has worked hard to complete, as it solidifies its future. Now that we have completed this milestone with the SEC, our eyes now turn to FINRA in processing the request to have NAS’ Common Stock quoted on the OTCBB.”

National Automation Services, Inc. produces, installs, and services specialized mechanical and electronic automation systems for monitoring and controlling processes with a minimum of human intervention. Their business plan calls for expansion via selected acquisitions designed to expand the company’s footprint both geographically, from its base in the Southwest, and commercially.

National is well known for its work with municipalities and wastewater processing, but has successfully expanded into a wide range of other industries and applications, including projects for Southwest Airlines, Honeywell Security, Coca Cola, Pepsi Cola, Safeway, Watson Pharmaceuticals, Motorola Semiconductor, Weyerhauser, Mirage Hotel & Casino, Alaska Marine Highway System, Better Built Aluminum, Chevron, and many others.

National’s impressive customer satisfaction record, together with an extensive technical portfolio, has promoted its natural growth, but the company has also included acquisitions as part of its plan to become the county’s premier automation control integration source.
