Comprehensive Care Corp., a leading provider of behavioral health, autism, substance abuse and employee-assistance programs for governmental agencies, managed-care companies and employer groups throughout the United States, recently announced that the company has secured a contract to provide autism care coordination services for a health plan in Wisconsin.
Effective March 1, 2010, the contract commences CompCare’s expansion into the state of Wisconsin. The new contract is a direct result of the company’s efforts and growing reputation in offering a specialized program for families affected by autism. Specializing in helping families receive early intervention and support for autism, CompCare plans to ultimately extend the program nationwide.
John Hill, CompCare’s co-chief executive officer, stated, “This contract signifies a great opportunity in a new state to provide our specialized autism programs.” Mr. Hill continued, “We are excited to work with this new health plan client and local providers to ensure a high-quality, accessible and convenient program for members.”
