Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC) declared as effective the Registration Statement on Form S-1 covering the common stock of its majority-owned subsidiary, VIASPACE Green Energy Inc. (VGE). Following such effectiveness, VGE is a separately reporting public company. The registered SEC filing is available to the public at www.SEC.gov under VIASPACE Green Energy.
According to the press release, VIASPACE Green Energy has applied to the Financial Industry Regulatory Authority (FINRA) for permission to trade its common shares on the OTC Bulletin Board.
