Kraig Biocraft Laboratories, Inc. confirmed today that the record date for the stock dividend is today, April 27, 2009. It was also noted that the press release of April 23rd contained a typographical error and mistakenly referred to today as the Ex Date. The company instructed stock holders to disregard the April 27 press release as the ex date is currently set as May 28, 2009.
Kraig Biocraft also stated in the press release that stock holders who sell their stock today or before the ex date may be selling the right to the distribution. The company advised shareholders to consult with their brokers.
