Supreme Cannabis Company (TSX: FIRE) (OTCQX: SPRWF) (FRA: 53S1) this morning reported the detailed voting results from its 2019 Annual and Special Meeting of Shareholders that took place on December 9, 2019 in Toronto, Ontario. Michael La Brier, Navdeep Dhaliwal, Ronald Factor, Colin Moore and Kenneth R. McKinnon were elected to the board of directors of the company to serve until the next annual meeting of shareholders, or until their successors are elected or appointed. Other results include the appointment of KPMG LLP as auditors of the company until the next annual meeting and the approval of SPRWF’s Omnibus Long-Term Incentive Plan that was detailed in its Management Information Circular dated October 28, 2019.
